Settlement Agreements

Settlement agreements achieved through early resolution between CPNL and the registered pharmacy professional who is the subject of the complaint are published in accordance with the agreement.

Adjudication Tribunal Decisions

Where required, a summary of a decision or order of an adjudication tribunal must be published within 14 days of the expiry of the appeal period. A summary is required to be published where the decision or order:

suspends the registration of the registered pharmacy professional who is the subject of the complaint;
allows or directs the surrender of their license;
restricts their practice;
specifies conditions for their continued practice; or
requires that a summary be published.
