Lynn Ansara

Lynn Ansara is the Principal Consultant at CreAction Consulting. She holds a Master of Adult Education Degree and two undergraduate degrees. Lynn is a Certified Executive Coach, completing her training at Royal Roads University in 2010. Her career has focused on workplace learning and organization development and has been with a variety of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, including post-secondary education, law enforcement, international satellite communications, and the non-profit sector. She is a regular facilitator at Memorial University’s Gardiner Centre, instructing courses in Leadership, Succession Planning, Managing Difficult Conversations, and Performance Coaching. Lynn has certifications in Legacy Leadership™, Emotional Intelligence, Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, Team Performance, and Graphic Facilitation.
