Pharmacy technician intern registration
Any individual who wishes to practice as a pharmacy technician intern or complete the practical training program for pharmacy technicians in Newfoundland and Labrador must register with the College of Pharmacy of Newfoundland and Labrador (CPNL). Registration as a pharmacy technician intern allows the intern to perform tasks within the scope of practice of a pharmacy technician but only under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Once registered with CPNL, a pharmacy technician intern is eligible to apply to begin practical training.
